Dhania Chutney
Dhania or cilantro or coriander has a special place in every Indian kitchen. It enhances the flavor.

- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 green chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon juice or amchur
In the mixture blending jar add leaves, chilies, salt and lemon juice
Blend it until smooth. Check the salt and lemon consistency and add according to your taste. Same with chili if you like more hot then add more chilies.
Store it in airtight container.
You may add ginger, cumin seeds (roasted and grinded).
